01SCOPE OF WARRANTY

1.1 This warranty applies only when the product is used strictly in accordance with its designated application category:

3C Electronics Grade: Suitable for electronic device coverings and accessories

Automotive Interiors Grade: Suitable for automotive interiors applications.

Medical Grade: Suitable for healthcare equipment and hygienic applications

Marine/Yacht Grade: Suitable for marine upholstery and outdoor marine environments

Wall Covering Grade: Suitable for interior decorative wall applications

Furniture Grade: Suitable for indoor furniture upholstery

1.2 Warranty is immediately void if:

(a) The Product is used in any application other than its designated category (e.g., furniture grade used in marine applications)

(b) The Product is subjected to improper installation, maintenance, or cleaning procedures

(c) The Product is modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel

02WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

2.1 To make a valid claim, Customer must submit the following within 30 days of defect discovery:

(a) Original purchase invoice/proof of purchase

(b) Detailed written description of product application and installation method and operating/environmental conditions

(c) High-resolution photographic evidence clearly showing the alleged defect, defective samples need to be sent back to manufacturer for checking if necessary.

2.2 Manufacturer will conduct technical evaluation within 30 business daysof receiving complete documentation.

03REMEDIES

3.1 For validated claims, Manufacturer's sole obligation shall be to:

(a) Replace the defective Product with equivalent new Product; or

(b) At Manufacturer's discretion, issue credit equal to the current wholesale value of the defective Product

3.2 Customer shall bear the costs related to removal of defective products, installation of replacement products, transportation and shipping costs

04EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

4.1 Normal wear and tear or expected aging of materials

4.2 Damage from:

(a) Accidents, abuse, or improper handling

(b) Exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or UV radiation beyond rated specifications

(c) Acts of God or force majeure events

4.3 Products purchased through unauthorized distribution channels

05LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Manufacturer's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective Product.

5.2 In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.

06GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

6.2 Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction, with exclusive venue in Shenzhen China.

6.3 These terms represent the complete and exclusive warranty agreement, superseding all prior representations.
